Kualifikasi Pelamar

·        Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or appropriate discipline with minimum of minimum 12 years in the Project management of Mining or EPC industry;

·        Have 7 years experiences in supervisory level in Project Civil & Structural Engineering as Sr Engineer Project Civil & Structural, and minimum 3 years in site based with demonstrated project management, cost control and planning skills;

·        Proficient in Ms Project, Ms Office, and Desktop Publishing Package; Proficient in Resources Analysis, understanding Contract Obligations, and Cost Control utilizing software such as SAP or other ERP; Proficient in Planning & Scheduling area and utilisation of P6 Project management is a must.

·        Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget; Experience in managing teams of engineers, contractors, and sub-contractors; Strong knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles and practices;

·        Possess leadership traits and organizational, scheduling & time management skills; Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment dependent on managing multiple project timelines and schedules simultaneously; Ability to communicate well, and work productively with internal and external individuals; A commitment to safety and a desire to maintain our Indonesian mining operations to world class international safety standards; Demonstrate strong conceptual skills, and capable of developing lateral and practical solutions; High level of integrity and commitment; Good analytical, conflict resolution, sound decision making skills;

·        Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; computer literate.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Responsible for overseeing the design and construction of civil and structural engineering projects within the Project/Construction Development Department. This role will require managing and leading teams of engineers, contractors, and sub-contractors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage the design, procurement, and construction of civil and structural engineering projects from conception to completion.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards, on time and within budget.
  • Manage and lead teams of engineers, contractors, and sub-contractors to deliver projects to the required standards.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure that work is being completed to the required standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare project reports and documentation, including progress reports and risk assessments.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure that all project requirements are met.
  • Identify and manage project risks and develop contingency plans as required.

Provide technical advice and support to other members of the team
