Kualifikasi Pelamar
What skills and experience do you need?
· Tertiary degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering qualification at Trade in equivalent industry
· Have minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance and repair in a mineral processing plant with at least 5 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
· Strong knowledge of mechanical systems used in copper and gold mining processing plants; Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing equipment such as crushers, ball mills, flotation cells, and conveyors.
· Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
· Certification in Maintenance Management (e.g., CMRP or equivalent); Training in safety standards such as ISO 45001 or OSHA regulations.
· Strong leadership, , excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Understanding and demonstrate of HSE regulations and commitment to promoting a safe work environment.
· Has Frontline level operational inspector certificate (POP) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position.
· Strong leadership and organizational, scheduling & time management skills; Problem-solving and decision-making skills; Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment; Ability to communicate well, and work productively with internal and external individuals; A commitment to safety and a desire to maintain our Indonesian mining operations to world class international safety standards;
· Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.

Some of your duties will include:
Responsible for overseeing all maintenance and repair activities within the Process Maintenance’s Central Workshop to support the smooth operation of the mineral processing plant. This role ensures the reliability, availability, and safety of mechanical equipment and tools, while also leading a team of technicians to achieve operational targets efficiently and in compliance with company policies and standards.
Workshop Operations Management:
· Plan, organize, and supervise daily maintenance and repair tasks in the central workshop to support plant operations.
· Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.
· Equipment Maintenance and Repair:
· Oversee the maintenance and repair of critical plant equipment, such as crushers, conveyors, pumps, and other mechanical systems.
· Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to identify and address mechanical issues promptly.
Team Leadership and Development: Supervise a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations; Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement;
Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies; Promote safe working practices within the workshop.
Resource Management:
· Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables, ensuring availability for timely repairs.
· Coordinate with procurement and vendors for quality and cost-effective parts supply.
Reporting and Documentation:
· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and workshop performance metrics.
· Generate regular reports for the Process Maintenance Manager.
Continuous Improvement:
· Identify opportunities for improving maintenance processes and implementing best practices.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure the workshop’s activities align with plant operational goals.
