Responsibility :
- Operate all equipment units in area: Purification, Reactor, Resin Degassing, Vent Recovery, Extruder till silo product; monitor and conduct operation condition changes based on procedure and from superior’s instruction, and to maintain in order that production process in those area ongoing normally, optimum and safe therefore able to produce polypropylene products in optimum capacity and with a good quality.
- Conduct assignment handover with previous and next shift based on log book and night order from Process Superintendent to get and convey the operation condition in process area and information about works that have been carried out and works that will be done.
- Conduct operation condition checking from all equipment in area under its responsibilities.
- Conduct checking and reporting to superior if discover abnormalities from equipment, as with any oil leakage, hydrocarbon, steam and water to prevent damage of equipment unit to prevent damage of equipment unit that allows having fire potency and impacting the worse environment.
- Conduct dumping additive to Master Mix Blender (MMB) based on Master Additive Batch (MAB) to maintain the continuity of additive supply to pelleter and get products that based on product standard. Conduct house-keeping around additive dumping area after conducting the dumping activities, in order that area stays clean.
- Arrange the opening of mixer gate, and conduct swap screen pack correctly by following SOP, help rotation of rotary feeder product purge bin and product receiver if there is any stucking to prevent reactor and pelletizing system stop.
- Conduct retrieval of resin result of routine sampling from reactor; pellet from extruder; PBB sampling for checking the hydrocarbon contents checking; circulation pellet from silo blending silo sampling PCW water for the degree of acidity (PH) contents’ checking and other extra sampling about superior’s instructions or requisitions.
