- Good analytical thingking, communication skills and project management skills.
- Fluent in English both spoken & written

Responsibilities :
- Develop system and procedure related to ECR work process by implementing sound project management system for effficient and effectiv ECR implementation.
- Initiate to prepare planning and schedulling of all ECR activities covering ECR proposal, basic design, detail design, procurement, contruction, commisioning, handover to achieve target incompliance to Company target and objective.
- Review ECR Document to determine the contruction strategy and assignment for effective ECR execution.
- Control and monitor ECR activities progress such as ECR proposal/application, Budgeting, basic design, detail design, procurement, contruction, commissioning and handover to meet the the predefined planning.
- Review the highlight and critical path of ECR and prepare the mitigation and report to the superior for recovery measure.
- Coordinate the communication of ECR activities with internal and external Sect. / Dept. for smooth ECR implementation.
- Coordinate for the procurement process for both material and services to ensure the procurement meet the ECR schedule.
- Coordinate with Project team for Bidding and technical evaluation of material and services.
- Coordinate and perform ECR Project documentations, reporting, administration in order to ensure proper document and asset management and updated progress of ECR project.
Qualifications :

- Minimum 3 years experience as Project Planning & Control Engineer in same industry/Oil & Gas/ EPC Company
- Has experience using Primavera or Ms. Project
- Has experience using Tableau, PowerBI or SAP

This position will be placed at Site Office Cilegon.
