Responsibilities:
- Conduct qualifications and data analysis on polymer product packaging and its relation in order to keep and maintain the quality and quantity of polymer products inside.
- Handling Customer complaint and Negative Feedback (NF) investigation on polymer product packaging and its relation as well as define Root Cause Analysis and communicate it to relevant team in order to make improvement for keeping and increase customer satisfaction.
- Analyse quality of incoming product packaging as well as responsible for its quality improvement and manage Non-Conformity Report (NCR) of abnormal case and communicate with vendor via CNP to find out the resolution.
- Prepare schedule and conduct regular inspection to ensure the raw material for production is still in good condition in each production stage as well as to follow up finding of inspection which affect to end product to prevent customer complaint and increase customer satisfaction to polymer product.
- Handling and in-charge for management audit activities as well as suppliers and customers audit.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
- Have 5-6 years of experience in flexible packaging
- Understand petrochemical industry from upstream to downstream
- Tech savvy & good analytical thinking
- Have good in English skill both spoken & written
This position will be placed at Site Office Cilegon
