Kualifikasi Pelamar
- Bachelor Degree in major of Mechanical Engineering.
- Have 3 years experience in similar position from Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industry.
- Deep knowledge on structured approach to operational reliability improvement (risk based matrix)
- Good knowledge and capable to develop Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Operational/Reliability Hazard Analysis, Failt Tree Analysis, Single Point of Failure Concept, and another analysis which requred for.
- Good knowledge of CMMS SAP, PI system and other asset management software is preferred.
- Good communication, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Fluent in English both spoken & written

Responsibility
- Facilitate and or participate on the facilitate and or participate on the investigation all Operational Reliability Incidents through failure analysis tools with the aim of achieving ongoing continuous improvement
- Facilitate and or participate Operational Reliability Incident Rating using Risk Assessment Matrix to Manage Threat and Opportunity
- Coordinate and or participate on Regular Reliability Review either special case and common issues/threat and provide sustainable long & short-term solution
- To create Proactive Technical Monitoring, based Surveillance for early detection of threats and Conduct failure analysis, problem solving and complex system evaluation of equipment major problems.
- Collect and Analyzes reliability data, maintenance cost, equipment bad actor and SAP Data for Proactive action to improve the condition
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in major of Mechanical Engineering.
