Kualifikasi Pelamar

  • Min a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Information Technology or Industrial Engineering.
  • Min. 5 years of relevant experience preferably within the logistics industry or supply chain background.
  • Excellent with project support tool such as Microsoft Project, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and coach employees at all levels.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis.
  • Experience with digital transformation and automation in supply chain processes.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Change Management, PMO or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Understanding of change management principles and their application within a PMO context.
  • Knowledge of current technology trends and innovations.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Willing to travel.

  • Develop project plans, including timelines, measurable results, budgets, resource requirements, and proper communication plan.
  • Deliver projects with excellent quality and complete as target dateline and as expected to follow project process with the agreed project governance.
  • Work with the project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standard.
  • Monitoring projects by providing solution and advice to achieved project target dateline.
  • Implement project communication plans, including status reports and project updates.
  • Report on project progress, deliverables, and achievements to senior management.
  • Solving problem on project issues.
  • Proactively collect necessary project information to all parties. 
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • Ensure project team members are motivated, engaged, and working effectively together.
  • Collaborate with leadership and operational teams to develop and implement CI strategies that align with business goals.
