Kualifikasi Pelamar

What skills and experience do you need?

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields preferred.
Have experience minimum 5 years working as Superintendent Product Technical with minimum of 12-15 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in the metals or chemicals industry.
Good understanding of transportation regulations and supply chain management; Experience in working with logistics vendors and managing inventory systems; Good in presentation, reporting and calculation skills are essential; Proven negotiation skills and business management/business acumen skills; Strong stakeholder management; Strong understanding and application of risk management principles.
Preferred to have middle level operational inspector certificate (POM) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position.
Ability to oversee day-to-day logistics and ensure smooth execution of deliveries; Strong ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve logistics-related issues effectively; Ensure accuracy in delivery schedules, inventory management, and shipping documentation; Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors to meet logistics objectives.
Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
Willing to be based on site with regular working days; Required for any business travel purpose.

Some of your duties will include:

Report to Vice President Marketing & sales, Superintendent Sales Logistics is responsible to oversee the day-to-day logistics operations for sales, ensuring the efficient transportation, storage, and delivery of refined metals and acid products. This role ensures that logistics processes are executed smoothly and in line with company goals, while providing support to the Manager Sales & Logistics in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
To oversee daily logistics operations for refined metals and acids, ensuring efficient delivery, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
Comply with all pertaining environmental laws and regulations in Indonesia.
To support customer service, compliance, and performance monitoring, facilitating effective logistics processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Supervise daily logistics activities, focusing on transportation, warehousing, and inventory control to support refined metals and acid logistics.
Ensure timely coordination with internal teams to execute scheduled deliveries efficiently, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
Hire, train, and oversee logistics staff to maintain operational effectivenes
Implement delivery schedules by coordinating resources to ensure product readiness and dispatch within planned timelines.
Collaborate with production and warehouse teams for accurate stock availability and distribution, utilizing effective time management to meet deadlines.
Assist in managing vendor interactions and monitor their performance to support efficient logistics operations.
Coordinate with vendors to address minor logistics issues, escalating significant concerns as needed.
Address customer queries related to shipment progress and resolve minor discrepancies in logistics to maintain service standards.
Provide customer feedback to the logistics manager to support continuous improvement in service quality.
Support inventory level monitoring to maintain adequate stock of refined metals and acid products.
Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure proper storage practices and documentation accuracy, ensuring an organized approach to inventory handling.
Ensure adherence to company policies and assist in compliance-related documentation for logistics operations.
Help prepare essential shipping documentation under the manager’s guidance to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Track key performance metrics in logistics operations and provide insights for routine performance reports.
Identify areas for improvement and support cost-saving initiatives in coordination with the manager.
Other duties as assigned.
