Kualifikasi Pelamar

What skills and experience do you need?

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

· Relevant certifications in maintenance planning, reliability engineering, or project management are an advantage.

· Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance planning / maintenance management, preferably in the mining industry or heavy equipment environment.

· Proven experience handling mobile equipment and cranes in high-demand operational settings. Extensive experience in maintenance and servicing of: truck fleets and motor vehicle fleets (LV, MV, haul trucks), Cranes, mobile cranes, crane trucks, manlifts, Lube trucks, compressors, generators, welding machines, tyre operations, lighting and power systems

· Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies including preventive and predictive maintenance, Proficient in CMMS systems (SAP or similar) and solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems for mobile equipment and cranes.

· Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments, Excellent command of English (verbal and written), Advanced computer skills (MS Office, planning & reporting tools).

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Working Schedule : Regular working days 5:2 / Roster 4 weeks on : 2 weeks off

Some of your duties will include:

Maintenance Planning & Scheduling

Develop, implement, and maintain detailed maintenance and outage plans for mobile equipment and cranes.
Create and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules.
Coordinate closely with operations and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and align schedules with operational requirements.

Outage & Project Planning

Plan and oversee maintenance outages and major equipment overhauls.
Support the development and execution of capital projects related to equipment upgrades, replacements, and major repairs.
Ensure all outage and project activities are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with safety and quality standards.

Resource Coordination

Identify and allocate manpower, tools, materials, spare parts, and equipment required for maintenance and project activities.
Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of spare parts and consumables.

Work Order & CMMS Management

Generate, prioritize, and monitor work orders through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Ensure accurate documentation, proper work order closure, and complete maintenance records in the system.
Optimize the use of CMMS (e.g., SAP or similar) to improve maintenance planning and reporting.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for complex mechanical and electrical maintenance issues.
Support maintenance activities for truck fleets and motor vehicle fleets including haul trucks, light and medium vehicles, cranes, manlifts, lube trucks, compressors, generators, welding machines, tyre operations, and power & lighting systems.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Monitor and analyze maintenance performance indicators such as equipment availability, MTBF, and MTTR.
Prepare regular reports and provide insights to management regarding maintenance performance, trends, and improvement opportunities.

Safety, Compliance & Continuous Improvement

Ensure all maintenance, outage, and project activities comply with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency.
Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance maintenance performance and cost effectiveness.
