We are expanding our team and we are looking for a senior Full Stack Developer who thinks AI-first and understands how to turn fast AI prototypes into production-grade systems.

You will work directly alongside the Lead Developer and founders to bring an AI-powered creator platform that combines automation, conversational agents, and scalable infrastructuree from MVP to scalable platform.

This is not a junior feature-implementer role.
We are looking for a builder. You need to ship fast.

Role Overview
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will:
• Ship production-ready features fast
• Harden AI-generated code
• Architect scalable backend logic
• Build reliable integrations (Telegram, APIs, payments, AI tools)
• Improve performance, security, and maintainability
• Work closely with the Lead Developer on technical decisions
You must be comfortable operating in ambiguity and building systems that do not yet have clear templates.

What You’ll Work On
• Core platform (user accounts, onboarding, dashboards)
• AI agent orchestration (Telegram bot, conversational flows)
• Supabase database architecture
• API integrations (AI tools, automation platforms)
• Admin dashboard systems
• Waitlist + referral infrastructure
• Scaling from MVP → stable v1

Core
• 5+ years full stack experience
• TypeScript (strict mode)
• React (modern hooks, performance optimization)
• Next.js (App Router, API routes, server components)
• Node.js backend architecture
• PostgreSQL (schema design, performance tuning)
AI-First Mindset
• Extensive usage of AI coding tools (Cursor, GPT, Claude, etc.)
• Ability to refactor AI-generated code into clean architecture
• Prompt engineering understanding
• Experience building AI-driven flows or agents
• Understanding of LLM limitations and guardrails
Backend & Infrastructure
• Supabase (Auth, RLS, policies)
• REST API design
• Webhooks
• Background jobs
• Error handling & logging
• Basic DevOps awareness
