Job Description:
Drive student enrolment growth through strategic target setting, data-driven planning, and high-impact initiatives that consistently meet or exceed admission goals.
Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies (online & offline) aligned with school growth objectives, including major campaigns, open houses, and community engagement programs.
Conduct strategic market analysis to anticipate trends and guide school positioning.
Evaluate marketing performance using data and insights, and translate findings into strategic improvements.
Lead brand and content direction across the website, social media, and promotional materials to ensure strong positioning and consistency.
Oversee and optimize the end-to-end enrolment journey, ensuring a seamless parent experience and strong conversion rates.
Establish and manage strategic partnerships with communities, institutions, and organizations to expand reach and credibility.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing-related
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, including social media management.
Target-driven mindset with a strong motivation to achieve and exceed KPIs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey the school’s value proposition clearly and to build relationships with community.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, website management, project management, and analytics tools.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative campaigns and promotional materials that effectively highlight the school’s unique strengths.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to evaluate marketing performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
Ability to collaborate across departments and, when required, lead marketing initiatives or team members toward shared goals.
