Kualifikasi Pelamar
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), or a related technical field.
- Must possess a valid Fire Safety Certification (Minimum Grade A or Fire Expert Level) from the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker RI).
- Must be registered in the Teman K3 system with a verifiable digital license.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fire services or emergency response, with at least 2 years in a leadership/commander role within a large-scale manufacturing plant.
- Specific knowledge of Lithium-ion battery fire suppression and EV-specific fire risks is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, physical fitness, and the ability to maintain composure and command under extreme pressure.
- Willing to work onsite at VinFast Factory – Subang.

About the Role
As a Fire Commander, you will be the strategic leader of our emergency response and fire safety team. You are responsible for safeguarding our manufacturing assets, infrastructure, and most importantly, our people. This role requires a high-stakes decision-maker who can manage fire prevention systems and lead tactical responses in a high-tech automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and command the internal fire brigade during emergency response operations and rescue missions.
- Oversee the inspection, testing, and maintenance of all fire protection systems (Hydrants, Sprinklers, Extinguishers, and Fire Alarms).
- Develop and execute Emergency Response Plans (ERP) and conduct regular large-scale fire drills for all factory personnel.
- Conduct comprehensive fire risk assessments, particularly in high-risk areas like battery assembly and chemical storage.
- Manage fire safety training programs and ensure all fire team members maintain peak physical and operational readiness.
- Coordinate with local fire departments and government authorities to ensure compliance with national safety regulations.
