Kualifikasi Pelamar
What skills and experience do you need?
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; relevant professional certifications will be considered an advantage.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within a fixed process plant or material handling environment, including 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience handling the following:
• Filter plant systems and associated process equipment
• Port material handling systems, including conveyors and transfer systems
• Maintenance of pumps, piping, and rotating equipment
• Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance practices to ensure equipment availability and operational continuity.
• Knowledge and application of reliability engineering principles, including RCFA, MTBF, MTTR, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in planning and executing shutdown maintenance activities, including coordination of manpower, tools, and contractors.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, coach, and manage maintenance teams and contractors effectively.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance activities while minimizing operational disruptions.
• Skill in using CMMS systems (SAP PM or equivalent) for maintenance planning, reporting, and asset management.
• Ability to prepare technical reports and analyze maintenance KPIs to support decision making.
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards, environmental requirements, and permit-to-work systems, with the ability to enforce compliance in plant and port operations.
• Ability to implement LOTO, risk assessments, and job safety analysis to ensure safe execution of maintenance work.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as POP/POM, LOTO, Working at Height, or Confined Space are considered an advantage.

To supervise and manage mechanical maintenance activities for filter plant systems and port material handling facilities, ensuring high equipment reliability, operational availability, and safety compliance in support of uninterrupted production and concentrate handling/export operations, in accordance with engineering standards, company policies, and HSE requirements.
Some of your duties will include:
• Lead and manage mechanical maintenance activities for filter plant systems and port facilities to ensure equipment reliability, availability, and optimal performance.
• Supervise daily maintenance execution, including troubleshooting and corrective maintenance of pumps, piping systems, conveyors, and rotating equipment.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are executed safely and in accordance with SOPs, OEM recommendations, and engineering standards.
• Implement and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Monitor equipment condition and maintenance compliance through scheduled inspections and system tracking.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute shutdown maintenance activities, ensuring readiness of manpower, tools, materials, and contractors.
• Lead and support reliability engineering initiatives, including root cause failure analysis (RCFA), MTBF improvement, and continuous improvement programs.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve equipment performance and reduce recurring failures.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE standards, including permit-to-work (PTW), job safety analysis (JSA), and lock-out tag-out (LOTO) procedures.
• Promote and reinforce a strong safety culture, ensuring zero harm across all maintenance activities.
• Coordinate closely with operations, planning, and other stakeholders to align maintenance execution with production requirements.
• Supervise and manage contractor activities, ensuring work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project scope.
• Manage maintenance reporting and documentation through CMMS (SAP PM), ensuring accurate work order tracking and equipment history.
• Prepare and present maintenance performance reports, including equipment reliability, downtime analysis, and KPI tracking.
