Some of your duties will include:
ERP Support
· Provide technical and business process support in major ERP stream in user enquires, problem solving and problem investigation.
· SAP Support & Troubleshooting. Deliver SAP Project
· Act as the liaison with the ERP service provider to ensure that all work orders are lodged with the Call Center, error documentation and trace files are provided and that work orders are tested and closed in a timely fashion. This includes liaising with the ERP System Administrators to ensure that they have fully tested fixes, reports and are involved in all aspects of ERP administration.
· Review system development requests that impact the SAP system and determine the most appropriate business process to ensure user requirements are met.
· Perform monitoring to provide system availability according to agreed service levels.
· Manage a work order reporting system to track and report on all open work and projects and provide job estimates, track costs and report periodically on results.
· Follow strict software change control procedures and prepare and test all code changes and ensure Compliances
Business Solution
· Provide technical and business process support in user enquires and problems investigation.
· Evaluate, recommend improvements and propose solutions to company processes, including but not limited to: business case and multivariate business process reengineering and detailed requirements.
· Develops, writes, and communicates business requirements for the design and implementation of business solutions across business units with complex processes.
· Contributes to ensure successful implementation of system enabled process
· Escalate issues and manage timely resolution of issues.
· Other duties as assigned
