Kualifikasi Pelamar
What skills and experience do you need?
· Minimum Senior Technical School or equivalent. Bachelor degree would be advantage.
· Minimum three (3) years of directly related work experience, preferred in power plant.
· Demonstrated ability to work safely and effectively in compliance with LOTO/PTW procedures, including supporting outage activities, emergency repairs, and on-call maintenance to minimize downtime.
· Proven experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance, including overhauling, repair, calibration, testing, and preventive/corrective maintenance of systems such as transmitters, analyzers, sensors, DCS, PLC, and continuous monitoring equipment.
· Strong capability in inspecting, monitoring, and troubleshooting HV, LV, and DC electrical systems, with the ability to identify abnormal conditions and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
· Proficiency in maintaining calibration databases, ensuring data integrity from DCS and field instrumentation, and effectively managing tools, test equipment, and spare parts inventory.
· Ability to interpret technical drawings and documents (P&ID, loop diagrams, wiring schematics, datasheets), support commissioning and contractor evaluation, and collaborate across departments to drive operational efficiency and performance improvement.
· Excellent comprehension of all power plant electrical & instrumentation systems, their function, and their interrelationship with the total plant process.
· Good communication skill
· Effective written and oral communication skills
· Willing to work shifts (day/night) and on a work roster;
· Willing to be working as local-hired.

Some of your duties will include:
To perform monitoring, testing, maintenance/performance checking, troubleshooting, and calibration of all facility electrical, pneumatic and electrical instrumentation, control systems equipment, facility power distribution systems and equipment.
Some of your duties will include:
· Perform maintenance work such as overhauling, repair, calibration, and testing all plant electrical, Control & instrument equipment.
· Maintain plant calibration database and perform scheduled calibrations/re-calibrations.
· Perform preventive maintenance job on all plant electrical, control & instrument equipment, based on established Computerized Maintenance Management System quality standards and schedules.
· Conduct routine inspection and monitoring of all electrical equipment (HV, LV, DC), control equipment and all instrument equipment
· Report immediately to his superior any indications of abnormal conditions.
· Perform Call-Out and On-call duties as required by operations to minimize or prevent plant downtime.
· Assist the Operations Section during start up, test and initial operation of newly overhauled plant equipment facilities and ensure that the equipment and control are in good operating condition and optimum reliability.
· Troubleshoot and recommend appropriate actions or solutions to eliminate future reoccurrences.
· Ensure that all equipment repairs/calibrations performed by outside contractors are within the acceptable standards.
· Maintain tools and precision electrical & instrument or equipment under his responsibility and ensure that they are in good working conditions.
· Reviews equipment and recommend spare parts. Uses computer to check part inventory.
· Works with other departments as job priorities require. Strives to gain proficiency in areas outside of normal position requirements.
· Supports the team approach to facility O&M.
· Takes a lead role in maximizing facility profitability by eliminating wasted materials and supplies, maintaining high personal productivity and by tuning instruments and controls to obtain maximum unit efficiency.
· Repairs and calibrates equipment such as transmitters, alarm systems, CCTV, Fire alarm systems, phone and paging systems, opacity monitors, and Continuous Environmental Monitors (CEM’s), Steam and Water Analyzer, Gas Analyzer, Breaker, Driver and Motor Control Center (MCC).
· Uses computerized Work Management System to plan work requests and locate parts.
· Troubleshoots and repairs equipment such as Distributed Control System (DCS) including all software and 1/0 hardware devices, microprocessor sub-loop controllers, and Gas Turbine, Boiler, Steam Turbine and Balance of Plant Controls.
· Prepares and sets up test equipment and conducts tests such as particulate emissions test, turbine output check, pump efficiency tests, and feedwater heater test.
· Reviews equipment and recommends spare parts. Uses computer to check part inventory.
· Reviews DCS data for invalid information.
· Other duties as assigned.
