You will work closely with supply chain, logistics, and operations teams to implement inventory solutions that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Role

  1. Collect, analyze, and interpret inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  2. Generate regular inventory performance reports (e.g., stock turnover, aging inventory, and forecast accuracy).
  3. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels across warehouses and stores.
  4. Monitor stock discrepancies, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
  5. Ensure stock availability while minimizing overstock and obsolescence.
  6. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop accurate demand forecasts.
  7. Use predictive models and historical data to optimize stock replenishment cycles.
  8. Identify inefficiencies in inventory processes and implement data-driven solutions.
  9. Support the integration of inventory management software and automation tools.
  10. Work closely with procurement, production, and distribution teams to align inventory strategies with business goals.
  11. Communicate inventory insights to management to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering from a reputable university.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control, data analysis, or supply chain roles.
  3. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets
  4. Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.
  5. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  6. High attention to detail and accuracy in managing data.
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
  8. Strong communication skills to present findings and collaborate with teams.
  9. Eager to learn
  10. Familiarity with e-commerce and retail operations, particularly in inventory optimization.
  11. Understanding of Indonesian market trends and logistics challenges.
