Responsibilities :
- Develop, review, update and change electrical design of CAP engineering specification standard to achive plant asset/ electrical equipment integrity by collaborating with other parties for alignment of Management of Change (MOC) work process outcome.
- Conduct assessment on integrity of electrical and power generation system of plant asset / electrical equipment as result of preventive maintenance (PM) plan, task and execution including problem solving and troubleshooting based on CAP engineering specification standard for reliability improvement.
- Support Electrical Maintenance team for PM plan and task execution of electrical and power generation system of plant asset / electrical equipment as well as support Electrical Maintenance team for root cause investigation with clear recommendation for corrective & preventive actions (CA-PA) including proactive action to comply with CAP engineering specification standard.
- Control and monitor reliability performance of electrical and power generation system of plant asset / electrical equipment to comply with CAP engineering specification standard.
- Collaborate with other parties or CAP line function to support construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities of new or modified plant asset/ electrical equipment to comply with electrical design based on CAP engineering specification standard.
- Conduct evaluation or assessment of engineering change request (ECR) implementation result based on plan-do-check-action (PDCA) concept to verify compliance of electrical design for plant asset/electrical equipment integrity based on CAP engineering specification standard.
- Support other parties or CAP line functions who conducting risk assessment due to ECR or MOC requirement such as JOHAN, HAZOP, LOPA, and others for electrical system of plant asset/ electrical equipment to comply with CAP engineering specification standard.
- Provide technical assistance to other parties or CAP line function teams in relation with electrical design based on CAP engineering specification standard for revamping, troubleshooting, maintaining and operating of plant asset / electrical equipment to achieve optimum production capability as well as to ensure that the work to be carried out is in accordance with appropriate technical implementation procedures.
- Evaluate operation technology environment or configuration based on electrical design according to CAP engineering specification standard to ensure hardware and software will work properly.
- Support the Electrical Maintenance team working on the preparation and implementation of Turnaround Maintenance (TAM), starting from work lists, work packages, bidding document, quotation proposal evaluation (TE), implementation of TAM up to preparing the final report.
- Evaluate performance and troubleshoot plant asset / Electrical equipment problem by analysis of historical data and utilize other critical operating process data such as pressure, temperature, flow, load & efficiencie to determine equipment healthiness.
- Support reliability work processes to control improvement program, optimize cost, and improve asset effectiveness such as Bad Actor management, FMEA, RCM, and others based on Reliability roadmap.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree of Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years working experience in same field at Petrochemical/ Oil & Gas/ EPC Company
- Expertise in technical repair, maintenance and technical engineering document
- Familiar with electrical engineering international code/standard/ technical specification
- Proficient using Ms. Office
- Fluent in english both spoken & written
