Kualifikasi Pelamar
Manage IT Outsourcing Infrastructure team to ensure achievement of expected Service Level Agreement.
* Manage infrastructure problem solving for IT Infrastructure scope to avoid any impact to business operation.
* Coordinate with third party supplier of hardware, software and IT services to ensure our requirement can be met.
* Lead monitoring of procurement process related to IT infrastructure to ensure it will not affect IT service to user.
* Review report the status of user request, problem, etc which related to IT infrastructure to ensure all request delivered timely in accordance with SLA.
* Manage development of all necessary documentation related to IT Infrastructure to ensure all IT assets and configuration are recorded accurately.
* Lead the development and adoption of IT Infrastructure based on the latest technology to ensure all IT infrastructures are up to date.

Specific Accountabilities:

This position will be place at Head Office, Slipi, Jakarta
