Kualifikasi Pelamar

What skills and experience do you need?

  • Holder of bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument or related field) or a relevant technical discipline. Advanced degree or relevant certifications would be preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experiences in LNG Facility or LNG Liquefaction operations or a similar process industry. with exposure in a managerial position or leadership role.
  • Holder of valid Pengawas K3 Migas Utama certificate.
  • In-depth understanding of LNG Facility equipment, maintenance practices, and engineering principles.
  • Familiarity safety protocols, and emergency response procedures.
  • Having sound Management Skills.
  • Good computer skills, be able to operate Microsoft Office, and any related plant software.
  • Good communication skill both verbal and in writing in English language.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead a diverse team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and a thorough understanding of safety regulations.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and resource allocation.
  • Able to work on site in Sumbawa with regular working hour (no roster schedule)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Some of your duties will include:

  • Provide technical guidance, technical procedures (legislative documents) and supports (executive documents) to the Operation and Maintenance teams towards operational excellence.
  • Conduct engineering surveillance and provide technical assistance on troubleshooting of the equipment in LNG Terminal facilities including managing overall asset integrity programs.
  • Interfaces with other parties e.g LNG Carrier/FSU, Marine Operation on resolving technical/engineering issues.
  • Implement measures to extend the lifecycle of critical equipment
  • Leading and managing overall engineering studies conducted by third party
  • Stay up to date with industry developments, best practices and new technologies
  • Manage changes implemented in LNG Terminal facilities thru the Management of Change (MOC)
  • Coordinate and manage the facility engineering projects aimed for improving the safety, reliability and efficiency of LNG Terminal facilities.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement solutions for equipment upgrades and modifications as part of facility improvement program.
  • Plan, execute and deliver engineering projects including design, procurement, construction and commissioning.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules and resources.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of engineers ensuring they have the necessary skills and expertise on specific discipline.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement.
  • Implement measures to extend the lifecycle of critical equipment.
  • Enforce a strong safety culture within project and engineering teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental requirements.
  • Execute health, security, environmental and safety rules and regulations of the company.
  • Develop and manage budgets for engineering & projects.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings for Operations & Maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment data, performance, and engineering projects.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on engineering activities, including project progress and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, safety, and finance, to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams for major projects and initiatives. Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance and engineering staff.
  • Ensure that the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
