Kualifikasi Pelamar
What skills and experience do you need?
· Holder of bachelor’s degree in power system or electrical or electronics or a relevant technical discipline. Advanced degree or relevant certifications would be preferred.
· Minimum 8 years’ experience in transmission/distribution, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
· Holder of valid K3 Teknisi Listrik certification. Hold an operational inspector certificate (POP) would be preferred.
· Strong knowledge of 150 kV transmission systems and distribution networks (LV/MV).
· Technical Skills: Transmission and distribution line maintenance, GIS, underground cable works, fault detection, protection coordination.
· Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a multi-skilled crew.
· Safety Orientation: Strong commitment to HSE compliance.
· Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making during emergency restoration.
· Communication: Clear reporting and stakeholder management.
· Good computer skills, be able to operate Microsoft Office, and any related plant software.
· Good communication skill both verbal and in writing in English language.
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead a diverse team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
· Able to work on site in Sumbawa with roster schedule.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Some of your duties will include:
Supervises the operation, maintenance, inspection, repair, and emergency restoration of:
· 150kV transmission lines (OHL)
· 150kV GIS & AIS substations
· Distribution networks (400V, 11kV, 33kV – overhead and underground)
· Auxiliary electrical systems within the Power Business Unit area.
Operational Supervision
· Plan, assign, and oversee daily transmission and distribution maintenance/repair activities.
· Implement the preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
· Supervise emergency restoration and fault repair to ensure minimum downtime in case of emergency.
· Supervise Business Partner manpower under her/his assignment
Safety & Compliance
· Enforce compliance with HSE regulations and electrical safety standards.
· Exercise stop-work authority when unsafe conditions are identified.
· Ensures proper safety and housekeeping procedures are followed by maintenance personnel.
· Sign off related work permit regard to high voltage for internal and other department.
Technical Guidance
· Provide expertise in line inspection, fault analysis, and restoration.
· Ensure quality control and technical standards are consistently met.
· Oversees the live line cleaning of high voltage transmission line insulators.
· Perform or direct switching activities for the clearance and or re-energization of lines or equipment
Resource & Team Management
· To provide overall supervision and technical direction for all corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities in the T&D area, ensuring:
· Safety of personnel, contractors, and equipment.
· Compliance with regulatory and company standards.
· Reliability and availability of electrical assets.
· Cost efficiency in operations and maintenance.
Stakeholder Coordination
· Liaise with system operators, contractors, and authorities.
· Communicate clearly with management regarding work progress, downtime, and asset condition.
· Represent T&D in cross-functional meetings and planning sessions
Reporting & Documentation
· Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, incidents, and restoration activities.
· Prepare reports on equipment conditions, maintenance performance, and safety compliance.
· Support audits and regulatory inspections with proper documentation.
· Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.
