Kualifikasi Pelamar
Qualifications (Required) :
• Excellent research skills with persistence in gathering and analyzing necessary information.
• Strong English proficiency and communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with Elice headquarters.
Qualifications (Preferred) :
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Education, International Development, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in program management, education, career services, or business development.
• Experience with government tenders, grant proposals, or industry partnerships.
• Knowledge of public sector funding processes.
• Can communicate well in verbal and written Korean language

Employment Details :

Overview :
Korea-ASEAN Digital Academy (KADA) is an educational bootcamp in software engineering skill held in Southeast Asia countries. The Tech Business Developer will be responsible for supporting the successful operation of this KADA bootcamp and developing it into a high-impact, reference-worthy program. This role combines program management with graduate career support and strategic business development to identify and pursue future opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Bootcamp Operations
• Ensure smooth end-to-end bootcamp operations for 60+ participants.
• Recruit and manage instructors, TAs, and related personnel to ensure program quality.
• Oversee participant management, onsite logistics, and program delivery quality.
• Coordinate with instructors, TAs, and partners to maintain high satisfaction rates.
2. Program Development & Documentation
• Create comprehensive and compelling documentation, case studies, and impact reports to position the bootcamp as a successful reference project.
• Capture and analyze program data to produce measurable outcomes for stakeholders.
• Develop marketing and communication assets that highlight program achievements.
3. Graduate Career Support & Talent Pipeline
• Build and strengthen connections with partner companies to support job placement for graduates.
• Track and report on graduate employment outcomes to stakeholders.
• Support Elice’s expansion by identifying and recruiting additional developers and instructors needed for new programs or initiatives.
4. Business Opportunity Development
• Research and identify relevant B2G/B2B opportunities (grants/tenders) related to education, training, and digital transformation.
• Support proposal writing, partnership development, and tender submission processes.
