- Leads by example and knows how to build trust on the production floor.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet our rigorous quality standards and specifications, from raw material inspection through final product delivery. This role requires a deep understanding of woodworking processes, exceptional attention to detail, and strong leadership abilities.

Your Mission:

- Collaborate across production, design, and supply chain to create seamless quality workflows.
