Kualifikasi Pelamar

·      Qualification :

·      Min D3 in Chemical Analyst or Chemistry

·      Min 5 years of experience in plant operations, preferably in chemical or petrochemical industries (experience in chlor-alkali plant is an advantage).

·      Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Tingkat Kesulitan dalam wawancara : normal

·      Ensure implementation of day to day quality control system for alkali, EDC, utility plant and tank farm raw material and product are conducted accurately and timely based on establishing procedure and comply with Laboratory Management system (ISO 17025).               

·      Supervise and support analysis for shift routine & non routine sample, to ensure all analyze well done. Check all analysis result, to ensure all sample have been well analyzed and punctual, which can be made into report to inform about analysis result to help the next production activity.                           

·      Ensure all equipment in a good condition (ready to use), include conduct verification on equipment based on right schedule & procedure to support analyze process.                

·      Real commitment towards OHS (Occupotional Health and Safety) Management; ensure the employees under his/her supervision are responsible for implementation of OHS Management, lead/ participate in OHS related key activities/ program within the Company.                        

·      Responsible to supervise and evaluate that Quality management ISO 9001, Lab Management ISO 17025, Environmental Management ISO 14001 and others Standard Management implemented consistently                        

·      Ensure the SOP’s are updated and implemented as required and effectively communicated to and followed by all. Supports the implementation of Quality program and handles all product quality issues in a timely manner.                        

·      Initiate and recommend in any changes, modification, and development of lab working and reporting of quality control (QC) system and including monomer product development and improvement based on our needs and/or customer needs.                      

·      Control lab/ equipment which causing significant environment aspect impact and shall make effort to compliance with the relevant law and regulations, and take corrective actions which have tendency to be out regulated specifications.                         

·      Make maintenance plans for all CAA lab equipment and ensure all equipments are in good condition by establishing routine and preventive maintenance.                          

Controlling and monitoring the availability of spare parts, chemicals, and glassware to support the smooth running of laboratory analysis activities.     

·      Qualification :

·      Min D3 in Chemical Analyst or Chemistry

·      Min 5 years of experience in plant operations, preferably in chemical or petrochemical industries (experience in chlor-alkali plant is an advantage).

·      Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
