Kualifikasi Pelamar

What skills and experience do you need?

Bachelor’s degree in architecture engineering / civil engineering. Has an equivalent combination of Construction Management & Project Management training and experience are necessary.
A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer) is a plus.
Minimum 12 years project based Quality Control/ Quality Assurance (QA/ QC) within the infrastructure construction sector, preferably in the mining industry. At least 5 years in a similar or equivalent position as Superintendent QA/ QC in Facilities Infrastructure Construction with proven extensive years’ experience to Inspect QC Civil Architectural is preferred.
Have substantial experience in the Domestic, light industrial construction industry and in particular facility maintenance; Must have Project infrastructure knowledge on building (Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Piping / Plumbing); Ability to read & analyze Architectural/MEP/Structural drawings is required;
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards. Proven experience in managing QA/QC teams and coordinating with various stakeholders.
Familiar with Project management plan & system in Mining Infrastructure activity; have working knowledge in Civil & Structural/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Piping and Plumbing Infrastructure principles, design concepts & operations, and awareness of operation regulatory; familiar with application of ISO 9001; has experience as Internal Auditor; be able to provide reporting.
Have POU level operational inspector certificate or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position.
Possess leadership traits and organizational, scheduling & time management skills.
Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; computer literate. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for quality management and reporting.

Some of your duties will include:

Develop and implement quality assurance and control plans for infrastructure construction projects. Manage for development and maintain departmental plans that are pro-active in planning to ensure that the day-to-day operational needs are met while counterbalancing the strict Project and control requirements in line with Indonesian or better standards.
Ensure that construction activities meet or exceed project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements. Manage of reviewing and updating departmental procedures and policies, administers discipline, enforces company policy, and ensures compliance with state, federal, or other jurisdictional laws.
Monitor and enforce compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations on-site.
Manage for development, establish, implement and maintain Departmental policy, procedures and systems, and monitor the adherence of these procedures within company and its Business Partners. Ensure all quality assurance and control activities comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies;Stay current with relevant codes, standards, and best practices in infrastructure construction and mining operations.
Manage in develop and enforce sound and practical standard operational and task procedures, which fit the global standards while ensuring a continually improving approach on Projects and control the facilities.
Conduct inspections and oversee testing of materials and workmanship to ensure quality standards are maintained; Review and approve inspection and test reports, and coordinate corrective actions when deficiencies are identified; Liaise with third-party inspectors and testing agencies as required.
Lead and mentor a team of QA/QC inspectors and technicians, providing guidance and support as needed; Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality-related issues and ensure project objectives are met; Organize and conduct training sessions on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
