Role Description
VocaGame is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Partnership Specialist. This position is responsible for developing and implementing effective partnership retention strategies aimed at partnership business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute creative influencer campaigns aimed at boosting user retention and engagement.
Identify and analyze user behavior trends to formulate targeted retention and KOL strategies.
Collaborate closely with influencers and content creators to drive brand visibility and community growth.
Engage directly with users and the gaming community to understand their needs and proactively address feedback.
Work cross-functionally with creative, product, and development teams to optimize the overall user experience and strengthen loyalty.
Manage and monitor loyalty programs, KOL initiatives, and community engagement activities.
Track performance metrics and campaign outcomes; prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any major.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer retention, influencer marketing, or community engagement.
Proven experience working with influencers or Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), preferably within the gaming or entertainment sectors.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, current trends, and influencer marketing strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both users and partners.
Solid analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, proactive, creative, and detail-oriented with a high level of initiative and accountability.
Willing to be placed in Surabaya (on-site)
Required Qualifications:
Travel Flexibility: Willing to travel up to 10 days per month for business purposes including influencer activations, partnership meetings, and events.
Industry Knowledge: Possesses deep knowledge of the gaming industry, including user behavior, market dynamics, and content trends. Able to strategically align KOL campaigns with the evolving needs of the gaming community.
