Kualifikasi Pelamar
What skills and experience do you need?
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 10–12 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within fixed plant environments, preferably in mining, heavy industry, or process plants; including 5 years in a Senior Supervisory or leadership role within a mechanical maintenance and mineral processing facility; or at least 3 years in similar role as Superintendent/ Section Head
- Proven experience in Flotation, CCD, Lime Plant, and water distribution systems (sea water, fresh water, thickeners).
- Experience in fuel pump systems, coal conveyor systems, and pumping concentrate operations.
- Ability to lead and supervise mechanical maintenance activities for Flotation, CCD, Lime Plant, and water distribution systems.
- Skill in managing maintenance of fuel pumps and coal conveyor systems in port operations.
- Ability to ensure high reliability and continuous availability of pumping concentrate systems across processing operations.
- Skill in managing and supervising maintenance of thickeners, lime plants, and seawater/freshwater treatment systems.
- Strong coordination ability to work effectively with Operations and Production teams to maintain stable system performance.
- Ability to plan and execute maintenance activities and system upgrades for port utilities and coal conveyor transport systems.
- Skill in developing and implementing shutdown plans and preventive maintenance programs for mechanical systems.
- Ability to supervise, direct, and evaluate contractor and internal maintenance team performance.
- Knowledge and ability to apply and enforce SOPs, JSAs, and HSE standards in all mechanical maintenance activities.
- Skill in managing spare parts usage, critical inventory control, and procurement for mechanical systems and equipment.
- Ability to analyze and report mechanical system performance, downtime trends, and continuous improvement actions.
- Ability to read and interpret P&ID, mechanical drawings, and technical schematics to support maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in using CMMS systems (SAP, Pronto, Maximo, or equivalent) for planning, monitoring, and reporting maintenance activities.
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.

Some of your duties will include:
Responsible for planning, managing, and supervising mechanical maintenance and repair activities for Flotation, CCD, Lime Plant, Water Distribution systems (Thickener, Sea Water, Fresh Water), Fuel Pump, Coal Conveyor, and Pumping Concentrate systems at Port and Utility areas. Ensures all mechanical systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably to support production and distribution processes.
Some of your duties will include:
- Lead and supervise mechanical maintenance activities for Flotation, CCD, and Lime Plant systems, including water distribution systems (Thickener, Sea Water, and Fresh Water).
- Manage maintenance activities for fuel pumps and coal conveyor systems in the port area.
- Ensure the reliability and availability of pumping concentrate systems throughout the production process.
- Manage and supervise maintenance of thickeners, lime plants, and water treatment systems for sea water and fresh water.
- Coordinate with Operations and Production teams to maintain stable operation of water distribution and pumping concentrate systems.
- Manage maintenance activities and system upgrades for port utility systems and coal conveyor transportation systems.
- Develop and implement shutdown plans and preventive maintenance schedules for all related mechanical systems.
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate contractors and internal teams involved in mechanical maintenance activities.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with applicable SOPs, JSAs, and HSE standards.
- Ensure appropriate spare parts are used for mechanical maintenance and manage critical spare parts inventory and procurement.
- Prepare reports on mechanical system performance, downtime, and improvement recommendations.
- Other duties as assigned.
