Kualifikasi Pelamar
Job Requirements
- Min. D3 (Chemical engineering or equivalent) with min. of 4 years’ operation experience as a Fieldman related to Chemical or Petrochemicals industries.
- SMK / Vocational High School (Chemical) graduated with minimum 7 years working experience are welcomed to apply.
- Good Computer Skill (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc); maintenance various email and internet programs and applications, and other software and databases generally seen in a plant environment.
- Good integrity, initiatives and team work ability.
- Having motivation to learn and willing to work under pressure.Willing to work shifts and overtime.
- Willing to be located in Merak Plant (Cilegon)

JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Abides by all safety procedures and practices applicable to location and position
- Conduct plant troubleshooting and perform day to day production activities.
- Follow the instructions of Foreman and Boardman
- Field patrol & Monitoring of maintenance work
- Co-ordinate with maintenance operator follow the operation procedure
- Works diligently and follows all safety requirements to prevent product contamination, spills and avoid product loss.
- Conduct field check and ensures area is safe for work prior to any maintenance activity through work permit; provides lock out, tag out documentation
- Abides standard operating procedures.
- Troubleshoots processes; proposes improvements; documents repairs and improvements
- Join other projects related with plant operational such as conduct plant re-HAZOP, implement system for Process Safety Management application, Plant expansion, etc.
- Functions as a First Responder for emergency situations inside and outside of facility as assigned
- Maintains operations facilities’ appearance
- Handle process shutdown and start up, and equipment inspection during turn around maintenance
- Check and record in the log sheet
- Perform Maintenance work for smooth process operation (Filter & STR Cleaning, Line unplugging, etc.)
- Conduct regular sampling according to established procedures and schedules.
- Patrol the plant area and make sure the equipment is operating normally
- Ensure that all Turnaround/Major Shutdown activities and work orders are carried out effectively in accordance with safety procedures and practices.
- Conduct housekeeping and maintain workplace area cleanliness
