Kualifikasi Pelamar
Mutiara Harapan Islamic School is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Preschool Administration & Operator Staff to support our daily school operations. If you are organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about working in an educational environment, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative tasks for the preschool department
Operate and maintain school data systems, including Dapodik
Handle ARKAS for planning, budgeting, and reporting of BOP Kedinasan
Maintain accurate student and school records
Coordinate with teachers, management, and parents
Support smooth communication and administrative workflow within the school
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Education, or a related field
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative work, preferably in an educational institution
Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital administrative systems
Able to operate and manage Dapodik (Data Pokok Pendidikan)
Able to operate ARKAS (Aplikasi Rencana Kegiatan dan Anggaran Sekolah)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Able to work collaboratively with teachers, management, and parents
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
