Kualifikasi Pelamar

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, or logistics operations (manufacturing/automotive preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willing to work onsite at VinFast Factory – Subang.

About the Role

As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, visibility, and efficiency of inventory across our operations. You will play a key role in maintaining optimal stock levels, preventing discrepancies, and supporting smooth production and logistics processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control inventory levels (raw materials, WIP, finished goods).
  • Ensure alignment between system data and physical stock.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and stock opname activities.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and root causes.
  • Analyze inventory trends (slow-moving, excess, shortage) and recommend actions.
  • Collaborate with Warehouse, PPIC, Production, and Procurement teams.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Prepare inventory reports and support audits.
  • Implement and support FIFO / FEFO practices where applicable.
