Kualifikasi Pelamar
What skills and experience do you need?
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; relevant professional certifications will be considered an advantage.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within a fixed process plant or concentrator environment, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven experience handling the following:
• Grinding circuit equipment, including SAG Mill and Ball Mill systems
• Rotating equipment maintenance, alignment, and lubrication systems
• Condition monitoring techniques and CMMS platforms (SAP PM preferred)
• Strong understanding of maintenance strategies, including preventive maintenance (PM), predictive maintenance (PdM), and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) to ensure equipment reliability and availability.
• Ability to apply condition monitoring practices such as vibration analysis and lubrication management to identify equipment issues and support proactive maintenance.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, supervise, and develop maintenance teams while maintaining high performance standards.
• Demonstrated problem-solving capability with the ability to analyze equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Strong safety mindset with the ability to enforce HSE standards and promote a zero-harm culture within maintenance activities.
• Relevant certifications such as Mining Supervisor Certification (POP/POM), LOTO, rigging, or vibration analysis are considered an advantage.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

To supervise and manage all mechanical maintenance activities in the grinding area (SAG Mill, Ball Mill, Pebble Crushing Circuit, and associated equipment) to ensure equipment reliability, availability, and efficiency in supporting production targets safely and sustainably.
Some of your duties will include:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; relevant certifications or advanced qualifications will be considered an advantage.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within a fixed process plant or concentrator environment, including supervisory experience in grinding or milling operations.
• Proven experience handling the following:
• Maintenance of SAG Mill and Ball Mill systems
• Mill drive systems (gearbox, girth gear, pinion, couplings)
• Lubrication and hydraulic systems
• Mill liners, trommel, and discharge systems
• Pebble crushing and handling systems
• Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Experience in planning and supervising shutdown activities, including mill relining, component replacement, and detailed inspections.
• Knowledge and application of reliability engineering principles, including root cause failure analysis (RCFA), MTBF improvement, and downtime reduction initiatives.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and minimizing production disruptions.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, coach, and develop maintenance teams, including contractor and vendor management.
• Ability to manage high-risk maintenance activities, including confined space entry, lifting and rigging, and heavy mechanical work execution.
• Knowledge of HSE standards, environmental requirements, and permit-to-work systems, with the ability to enforce PTW, JSA, and LOTO compliance.
• Experience in spare parts and asset management, including control of critical spares and input to maintenance budgeting and planning.
• Ability to prepare maintenance reports, analyze equipment performance, and monitor key KPIs to support operational decision-making.
• Strong coordination skills with internal stakeholders, including operations, engineering, planning, warehouse, and HSE teams.
• Experience working with OEMs, vendors, and contractors within a mining or process plant environment.
