ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage all accounting activities and financial reporting of the company. The selected candidate will work independently and coordinate directly with the Finance Manager based overseas.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounting & Financial Reporting
• Manage and maintain the company’s General Ledger (GL)
• Prepare and process daily, monthly, and annual accounting journals
• Perform month-end closing and year-end closing processes
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Perform bank reconciliation, balance sheet account reconciliation, and inter-company transaction reconciliation
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Manage fixed asset recording and depreciation
Tax Compliance
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
• Prepare and review PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPh Badan, and PPN reporting
• Operate Coretax system and related tax applications
• Coordinate with external tax consultants and auditors
Budgeting & Control
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
• Perform cost analysis and variance analysis
• Prepare management reports and financial analysis for headquarters
Audit & Compliance
• Serve as Point of Contact (PIC) for internal and external audits
• Ensure all transactions are properly documented
• Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards
Communication & Coordination
• Communicate regularly with Finance Manager based overseas
• Prepare reports and correspondence in English
• Participate in virtual meetings with regional and global teams
REQUIREMENTS
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (minimum)
• Brevet A & B certification is a plus
Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting and Finance
• Minimum 2 years as Senior Accountant or equivalent position
• Experience working in multinational companies is a plus
• Experience handling Indonesian audit and taxation
