Kualifikasi Pelamar

What skills and experience do you need?

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with minimum 8 years’ in similar role in Power Plant or similar environment.

· Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve problems which are very complex in nature.

· Working knowledge of computer systems (control systems, computerized relay systems)

· Demonstrated knowledge of environmental regulations of home country as well as mandated US EPA requirements for permitting and testing.

· Knowledge and experience with RCM, FMEA and risk management methods.

· Advanced knowledge of the typical plant layout, equipment and systems of a large industrial complex.

· Analytical skills – process control engineers effectively analyze data sets to draw conclusions and make the right evaluations of procedures, so strong analytical skills are important to this job.

· Math skills – process control engineers use math principles to troubleshoot design and analysis areas in their work.

· Problem-solving abilities – in designing processes, process control engineers need to identify problems before or as they occur, such as safety issues and problems related to the power business units.

· Detail oriented – process control engineers must have great attention detail in order to spot inaccuracies and faults, and find solutions to them.

· Computer literacy with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook software and performance/analysis engineering software

· Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.

· Strong computer skills and be competent in all Microsoft Office software programs, as well as project-specific software.

· Able to work on-site (Sumbawa Barat) with regular working hour schedule (no roster).

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Some of your duties will include:

Reporting to Senior Engineer – Process Control, Electrical & Instrument Combine Cycle Power Plant, Process Control Engineer is responsible to assists in the overall engineering of Control & instrumentation, environmental and compliance programs for the power generating facility, preparation of and monitoring of the Control & Instrumentation budget.

· Ensures compliance with all ROI laws/regulation such as certification and inspection of various Control & Instrument include Analyzer equipment.

· Develop Engineering and maintenance standards and guidelines for Combine Cycle Power Plant related to Control & Instrument including Analyzer equipment.

· Creating and maintaining Control & instrumentation include Analyzer documentation including specifications, calibration procedures and condition plans

· Developing control system validation/testing protocols

· Maintains integrity of the Standardized Security Architecture within the process control environment, include installing operating system patches, modifying group and local policies, firewall changes

· Carry out & reviews engineering specifications and drawings, proposing design modifications to improve reliability within cost and other performance requirements. Design and implement modification process control systems as driven by new product development for the facility modifications to existing processes.

· Provide process control systems support for plant operations,

· Carry out PID tuning and implementation

· Maintaining relevant engineering documents and drawings, PFD, P&ID, operating, maintenance, startup, commissioning, ESD philosophies, Cause& Effect, HAZOP, SIL, Fire & Gas detection, loop diagrams, logic diagrams, control & logic narratives, Instrument panel layouts, control room layouts.

· Develop spare parts purchasing plan for Control & Instrument including Analyzer for Combine Cycle Power Plant equipment.

· Responsible for control and Instrumentation condition-based monitoring/preventative maintenance activity of Combine Cycle Power Plant including management of contract manpower, scheduling, reporting and follow-up actions.

· Perform Investigation and provide reports and recommend corrective actions for Combine Cycle Power Plant equipment failures and/or damage. Respond to any major occurrence of plant breakdown where control and instrumentation expertise is required, carry out prompt inspection, analyse the fault, repair and re-commission affected plant and equipment to assure the minimum loss of production

· Perform and coordination with maintenance related to C&I data into the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).

· Reviews subcontractors’ proposals for services/equipment and submit evaluation for decision.

· Ensure technical correspondence, operating history and configuration records are maintained.

· Keeps the Engineering & Support Superintendent informed of plant operating status and equipment problems.

· Provides technical expertise and guidance to management and others inside and outside the company on engineering issues.

· Designs, coordinates, conducts, and evaluates C&I/ projects/ programs/systems, etc e.g., retrofit program, plant performance analysis and review/advise recommended repairs of various C&I components.

· Identifies need for and revises procedures to upgrade quality, clarity, and to reflect current technological and operational philosophies.

· Maintains accurate records and submits all required reports in a timely manner.

· Act as Sr. Engineering Process Control, E&I as required.

· Other duties as assigned.
