About the Role
We’re hiring a Senior Social Media Strategist to lead strategic direction across our client portfolio. You’ll own the strategic thinking behind our social media work — from monthly content planning to quarterly strategy decks — and elevate the work of our social media specialists.
This role reports directly to the Founder.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic planning for premium client portfolio
Review and elevate monthly content strategies (Strategic Planning Loops)
Develop quarterly strategy decks and campaign narrative
Mentor and guide social media specialists
Conduct audience research, competitive analysis, and trend analysis
Lead strategic client conversations and present to stakeholders
Translate performance metrics into actionable recommendations
Collaborate with creative production and ads teams on integrated campaigns
Must-Have Requirements
3-5+ years of experience in social media or creative agency (agency background preferred)
Proven track record with premium hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle brand
Strong analytical skills
Excellent presentation and client communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Experience mentoring junior team members
Strategic mindset — able to tie creative work to business outcomes
Based in or willing to relocate to Bali
Nice-to-Have
Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools
Understanding of paid social (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) for ads team collaboration
Existing network in Bali’s hospitality or lifestyle industry
Portfolio of strategy decks, case studies, or campaign documentation
What We Offer
Base salary: IDR 7,000,000 – 7,500,000
Semi-annual salary review (every 6 months, performance-based)
Quarterly KPI-based performance bonus
