Kualifikasi Pelamar

What skills and experience do you need?

• Bachelor’s degree in civil / architecture engineering, Project & Construction Management, or a related field with certain relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer) is a plus.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction projects with 5 years in Superintendent, Construction Lead, QA/QC Lead, Construction Manager, or equivalent leadership role
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, constructability, contractor management, field quality control, inspections, testing, compliance requirements, RCA, and applicable codes/standards (SNI, ASTM, ACI, BS, ISO)
• Have substantial experience in the domestic, residential and commercial project, light industrial construction industry. Must have project and construction knowledge on building (Architectural, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing); 
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards. Proven experience in managing QA/QC teams and coordinating with various stakeholders, Strong understanding of project compliance requirements, approved procedures, work methods, and safety requirements applicable to construction activities
• Extensive in project and construction management plan & system; have working knowledge in Architectural, Civil & Structural/ MEP building principles, design concepts & developments; familiar with application of ISO 9001;
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; Computer literate with proficiency in relevant software and tools for quality management and reporting.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

The QA/QC Superintendent is responsible for ensuring construction quality, compliance, and effective project execution through strong field leadership, quality control oversight, and practical problem solving. This position is intended for an experienced construction professional who understands QA/QC requirements, construction methods, constructability, and site execution challenges, rather than a documentation-focused QA/QC specialist. The role leads the QA organization, including QA Specialist, QA Compliance, QA Engineer, and Sr. Architect Engineer, ensuring alignment between design review, quality systems, compliance requirements, and construction execution.

Some of your duties will include:

• Lead all QA/QC activities throughout project execution and ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, method statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), company standards, and applicable regulations.
• Ensure construction activities are executed in accordance with approved procedures, risk assessments, permits, method statements, and safety requirements.
• Verify readiness of construction activities prior to execution and ensure quality requirements and critical safety controls are effectively implemented in the field.
• Monitor workmanship quality, construction methods, and site execution to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure all inspection, testing, verification, and construction activities are performed in accordance with approved procedures, project requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Monitor compliance with quality management systems, company standards, project specifications, and safety requirements applicable to construction activities.
• Verify implementation of approved construction procedures, work instructions, quality requirements, and compliance controls.
• Ensure timely closure of NCRs, quality findings, observations, audit findings, and corrective actions.
• Support internal and external audits, assessments, compliance reviews, and management reviews.
• Ensure quality and compliance documentation is maintained and controlled in accordance with project requirements.
• Identify quality issues, defects, constructability concerns, and execution risks that may impact project performance, safety, cost, or schedule.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide practical and constructible solutions to field challenges while maintaining compliance with quality and safety requirements.
• Recommend improvements to construction methods, inspection processes, quality systems, and field controls.
• Ensure inspection and testing activities are completed in accordance with approved requirements and project schedules.
• Coordinate closely with Engineering, Construction, Project Controls, HSE, Contractors, Subcontractors, Consultants, and Clients to ensure effective project execution.
• Serve as the project’s focal point for construction quality, compliance, and QA/QC performance.
• Facilitate timely resolution of quality, constructability, compliance, and execution-related issues.
• ·Work collaboratively with HSE and Construction teams to ensure quality and safety requirements are fully integrated into project planning and execution.
