What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate & Support Systems – Oversee system development and support activities to ensure seamless performance across all applications.
- Manage Partners Effectively – Control and monitor business partner activities to align with IT and business objectives.
- Vendor & Supplier Collaboration – Maintain strong coordination and communication with vendors and suppliers.
- Plan & Control IT Budget – Prepare and manage IT operational expenses, development Capex, and ensure accurate cost reporting.
- Translate Needs into Action – Develop business requirements, functional specifications, and technology roadmaps.
- Lead Testing Phases – Drive UAT and SIT processes with users, ensuring issues are addressed quickly and effectively.
- Architect for Scalability – Evaluate system architecture options considering performance, cost, and long-term scalability.
- Support Transformation Initiatives – Contribute to change programs by preparing technical plans aligned with enterprise and solution standards.
- SAP Administration & Optimization – Manage SAP system landscapes, monitor performance, apply patches/upgrades, and ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness.
- Infrastructure & Networking Management – Oversee server, storage, network, and cloud environments to ensure reliable operations, security, and optimal connectivity across business applications.
