Kualifikasi Pelamar
What Skills and experience do you need?
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; relevant certifications will be considered an advantage.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within a mining or process plant environment, including 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience handling the following:
• Maintenance of rotating equipment, pumps, and piping systems
• Operation and maintenance of thickener systems
• Desalination and reverse osmosis (RO) systems
• Solid understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance practices to ensure equipment reliability and optimal performance.
• Hands-on experience in using CMMS platforms (SAP PM preferred) for maintenance planning, scheduling, and reporting.
• Knowledge of reliability concepts such as MTBF improvement, MTTR reduction, and maintenance optimization.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, coach, and manage maintenance teams effectively.
• Demonstrated problem-solving capability with the ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues in a timely manner.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to coordinate across teams and departments.
• Strong awareness of safety standards and practices, with the ability to promote and enforce a safe working environment.
• Relevant certifications such as mechanical certification, safety certification (POP/AK3), or RCA/RCM training are preferred.
• Experience working in remote, site-based operations with rotational work schedules is an advantage.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

To supervise and control mechanical maintenance activities for CCD (Counter Current Decantation), Swiss Tower (Thickener/Clarifier systems), and Desalination Plant systems, ensuring equipment reliability, plant availability, and compliance with safety and operational standards to support production targets.
Some of your duties will include:
A. Maintenance Execution & Supervision
– Supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for CCD thickeners, Swiss Tower/Clarifier systems, and Desalination plant.
– Ensure safe and efficient execution of maintenance work.
– Coordinate daily maintenance schedules and manpower.
B. Equipment Reliability & Availability
– Monitor and improve reliability of thickener drives, pumps, and desalination systems.
– Conduct troubleshooting and reliability improvement initiatives.
C. Shutdown & Major Maintenance Planning
– Support planning and execution of shutdowns and major maintenance.
– Ensure readiness of tools, spare parts, and manpower.
D. Safety, Health, and Environment (HSE)
– Ensure compliance with PTW, JSA, and LOTO.
– Conduct safety inspections and toolbox meetings.
E. Coordination & Stakeholder Management
– Coordinate with operations, engineering, and warehouse teams.
– Communicate maintenance priorities and plant status.
F. Contractor & Workforce Management
– Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with standards.
– Develop and mentor technicians.
G. Reporting & Documentation
– Prepare daily reports and RCA.
– Maintain records in CMMS (SAP PM).
H. Continuous Improvement
– Implement RCA and RCM practices.
– Improve efficiency and reduce cost.
