Kualifikasi Pelamar
What skills and experience do you need?
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred; relevant technical or professional certifications will be considered an advantage.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within a mining or process plant environment, including at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience handling the following:
• Maintenance of crushing equipment (gyratory, jaw, cone crushers)
• Reliability and root cause analysis (RCA) practices
• Use of CMMS systems (SAP PM or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of maintenance strategies, including preventive and predictive maintenance, to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
• Knowledge and application of reliability engineering principles such as MTBF, MTTR, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate maintenance activities, including shutdown planning and execution.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, coach, and communicate effectively with maintenance teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of HSE standards and requirements, including permit-to-work systems, risk assessments, and safe work practices.
• Relevant certifications such as K3 (safety certification), LOTO, or equivalent are preferred.

To supervise and manage mechanical maintenance activities in the crushing area (Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary Crushing), ensuring high equipment reliability, operational availability, and safety compliance to support continuous plant operations and production targets.
Some of your duties will include:
• Lead and supervise mechanical maintenance activities for crushing equipment, including gyratory/jaw crushers, cone crushers, feeders, screens, and conveyors, to ensure reliable and efficient operation.
• Ensure effective execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs in line with maintenance strategies and operational requirements.
• Coordinate daily, weekly, and shutdown maintenance activities to ensure timely completion and minimal disruption to plant operations.
• Monitor equipment condition and performance, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions to maintain optimal performance.
• Lead and facilitate root cause failure analysis (RCA) for equipment breakdowns, and drive implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Implement initiatives to improve equipment availability, reduce downtime, and enhance overall maintenance efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Planning Team to develop maintenance schedules, shutdown plans, and resource allocation strategies.
• Ensure readiness of manpower, tools, materials, and spare parts to support maintenance execution.
• Enforce compliance with HSE standards, including permit-to-work (PTW), job safety analysis (JSA), and lock-out tag-out (LOTO) procedures.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety inspections, and observations to promote a strong safety culture across maintenance teams.
• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance crews, providing technical guidance and ensuring competency development.
• Supervise and manage contractor activities, including major maintenance, liner replacement, and shutdown works, ensuring quality and safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation, including work orders, service reports, and equipment history within CMMS systems.
• Prepare and submit performance reports, including equipment performance, downtime analysis, and maintenance KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance practices, reliability, and operational efficiency.
