Kualifikasi Pelamar
What skills and experience do you need?
· Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (Power / Industrial / Electrical Systems)
· Have 8 years of working experiences in electrical maintenance in fixed plant processing (crushing, milling, conveyor systems) is highly preferred within mining/ mineral processing plant/ heavy industry / manufacturing; At least have 5 years’ experience in engineering roles as Engineer – Electrical Process Fixed Plant.
· Strong knowledge of Power distribution systems (HV/LV); Electric motors and drives (VFD, soft starter); Protection systems and relays; Switchgear and MCC systems; Good understanding of plant operations and process flow
· Familiar with CMMS / SAP PM, electrical drawings and schematics, reliability engineering concepts
· Have ability to conduct root cause analysis (RCA);
· Certifications (Preferred) : Electrical safety certification (e.g., K3 Listrik – Indonesia); High Voltage switching certification; LOTO & Permit to Work training
· Strong leadership, team coordination and supervision; Good planning, organizational & time management skills; Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high-pressure environment; Effective communication and work productively with internal and external individuals; Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; High attention to detail, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Continuous improvement mindset; Safety leadership and compliance.
· Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

This role ensures the reliability, safety, and efficiency of electrical systems to support continuous plant operation and production targets.
A. Maintenance Planning & Execution
– Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for electrical systems.
– Ensure all maintenance activities are aligned with maintenance strategy and plant reliability targets.
– Plan and coordinate electrical shutdown activities and major maintenance works.
B. Electrical System Reliability
– Monitor and improve performance of electrical equipment including: HV/LV distribution systems, Motors (LV/MV), Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Switchgear & MCC, Transformers and protection systems
– Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for electrical failures and implement corrective actions.
C. Troubleshooting & Technical Support
– Provide advanced troubleshooting support for: Crushing & conveyor electrical systems
Milling and grinding circuits, Pumping systems and utilities
– Support operations team in resolving plant electrical issues to minimize downtime.
D. Asset Management & Reliability Improvement
– Analyze equipment performance data and implement reliability improvement initiatives.
– Develop maintenance standards, SOPs, and work instructions.
– Support condition monitoring programs (thermography, vibration interface for electrical).
E. Project & Continuous Improvement
– Participate in plant improvement projects, including: electrical system upgrades, energy efficiency initiatives, automation and digitalization support.
– Provide technical input for new installations and commissioning activities.
F. Safety, Compliance & Governance
– Ensure compliance with Company HSE standards, Electrical safety regulations, Permit to Work (PTW), LOTO procedures.
– Promote a strong safety culture in all maintenance activities.
G. Coordination & Stakeholder Management
– Coordinate with Operations team, Mechanical & Instrumentation teams, Planning & Reliability engineers, Contractors and vendors
– Supervise contractors during electrical maintenance work.
H. Reporting & Documentation
– Prepare and maintain maintenance reports, equipment history and failure records, KPI tracking (availability, MTBF, MTTR)
– Ensure all documentation is updated in CMMS/SAP systems.
