Kualifikasi Pelamar

Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental qualifications or relevant qualifications with minimum 3 years OHS experience in Mining Industries as Specialist/ Supervisor Safety.

· The candidate should possess HSE System Trainings, Certified Occupational Safety and Health (Ahli K3 Umum, POP)

· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; good in coaching/mentoring; good analytical; conflict resolution.

· Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Some of your duties will include:

To ensure safety compliance and promote a strong safety culture within process maintenance operations, facilitating effective cross-departmental collaboration, and supporting operational safety through proactive engagement and rigorous reporting practices.

· Report on every hazard, accidents and incidents.

· Attend regular department safety meeting as per schedule.

· Conduct Monthly Field Compliance Check (FCC) in his area responsibilities as per schedule.

· Conduct Ballast water inspection for the vessel whose berth at Special Port as per schedule from ship agent.

· Involve at the environmental inspection conducted by Government.

· Carry out daily safety inspections in his area responsibilities and ensure substandard act or substandard conditions in field are rectified.

· Conduct in the control of traffic and issue traffic violation tickets.

· Conduct regular drug and alcohol test in his area responsibilities.

· Conduct gas test for Confines Space as request by users.

· Proactive in taking care of issues that are unsafe or an environmental hazard on day to day activities to maintain the work area his responsible is safe.

· Regular check for the compliance of Company Standard Task Procedures (STP), JHA, work permits and ATW permit.

· Assist and remind Department users and contractors in regard to comply with Company’s inspection, safety meeting, Safety Interaction (Department Safety Tracker).

· Assist and remind Department users and business partners in regard to follow up the open and out-standing corrective actions.

· Ensure and do the random check / field verification of the Remedial Action Tracking System status completion in field on regular basis.

· Assist line Supervisor prepare preliminary accident reports into the system by end of the shift.

· Ensure the FMR process is completed by Department PIC on the system by 24 hours after the event is entered into the system.

· Involve at accident and incident investigation.

· Prepare daily work reports.

· Support and work with Supervisor FES in the implementation of emergency response procedures in his area of responsibilities.

· Support and work with Specialist IHTS, Reps IH in the implementation of IHTS programs in his area of responsibilities.

· Attend Kick of Meeting of projects at Support area.

· Implement and comply with all company’s environmental policies and procedures including but not limited to waste management, water management, energy conservation, biodiversity conservation, and environment-related incidents control and reporting.

· Assist monthly environmental inspection if required coordinate with ENV Department for business partners and department users at Upstream area.

· Other duties as assigned.
